One aspect to note: most of my audience for this talk was two classes of anatomy & neuro-anatomy high school students, as well as faculty, so I decided to involve their technical knowledge of 'body' with the other aspect of the whole, which we usually call 'mind'. It's clichéd, of course, but that is the common vernacular. I recognized the potential hazard of breaking apart those two aspects, and decided it was an appropriate exercise to understand each individually.
Sometimes it is most productive to isolate in our minds before we can integrate. But that is a debate for another time...
